A meet & greet is required for all new clients with dogs before your first service. Cats usually don’t need a meet & greet unless you prefer it. This helps your pet get comfortable with me and allows us to go over routines, behavior, access to the home, and any special instructions.

If a meet & greet does not go well:

Whether it's behavior, safety concerns, or just not the right match..

• You will receive a full refund.

No fees, no stress! I'd rather be honest than force something that isn't safe or comfortable for your pet.

Walks & Drop-Ins: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the visit.

Same-Day Cancellations: 50% fee (because I've already reserved the time).

You will receive a FULL refund if I have to cancel.

For no-show meet & greets: If I have arrived and you need to cancel, the travel fee will be deducted from your refund.

(Ex. $5 each way = $10 total.)

This covers gas + time spent driving out.

Standard service area includes Sanford, ME. Travel fees apply for clients outside that radius.

20-30 minutes away: +$5 each way ($10 total).

Trips over 30 minutes: +10 each way.

I do not service areas more than 45 minutes out. Fees confirmed before booking.

• I do not accept dogs with a bite history.

• Dogs must be safe to handle for walks, towels, leashes, etc.

• Fearful or reactive dogs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis (as long as they're manageable).

If a pet shows unsafe behavior during a visit, I may end the walk early or switch to indoor care only.

You can provide:

• A key

• Door code

• Garage code

• Lockbox

• Hidden key location

I will lock up securely before leaving.

Every visit includes:

• Photo updates

• A quick summary

• GPS walk screenshot (for walkers)

For the safety of everyone, all dogs and cats must be up to date on their rabies vaccination.

Proof of rabies vaccination is required before your first walk, drop-in, or bath & brush appointment. A clear photo or PDF of the record is accepted.
